Your first time can be awkward.
We get it. Visiting a new church is not for the faint of heart. It can be hard to find your bearings, your seat, your voice, and your people. Lots of churches do a great job of marketing themselves as welcoming or accepting. At Creekwood, we’re less concerned with marketing ourselves and more concentrated on making newcomers from all walks of life feel truly welcomed and accepted.
Everyone is invited to participate completely in worship and community life at Creekwood. And when we say everyone—we mean it. We celebrate diversity, value different theological perspectives, affirm and embrace LGBTQ+ members, and strive to embody God’s kingdom.
Come as you are to experience God’s love and grace through uplifting worship and authentic community. There are no dress codes or unspoken expectations. You can encounter God and faith at your own pace alongside others who are also figuring out their unique life’s calling as disciples of Christ.
You can worship with us at 9:00am and 11:00am every Sunday morning. When you join us for worship, you’ll be greeted by our Host Team who will help you find a seat, the nursery, the nearest bathroom, and even a hot cup of coffee.
Our 9:00am and 11:00am worship services have a lot in common. The major difference between services is the style of music. During the 9:00am, our Praise Band plays contemporary and modern worship music. During the 11:00am, hymns are accompanied by piano and choir.
Between services, we have Faith Development Classes for all ages from 10:10-10:55am. We also offer light refreshments and coffee for anyone who is looking for a mid-morning pick-me-up.
